Partition of estate

A man has a square-shaped farm. He takes for his old age's home a triangle-shaped quarter of this farm:

He leaves the rest of his farm to his four sons on the condition that they partition the estate among themselves so that each one of them gets an equally big and similarly shaped parcel of land. The partitions may be mirror images of each other.
