My motorcycling history
I started motorcycling three years ago. Before that I had never rode even a moped,
so I asked one friend of mine (thanks Maaku!) to find me a good one and test it
for me. As it turned out - I could not have hoped for better one. In my opinion
Honda NX250 is one of the best possible motorbikes to start with: it's light (125kg,
therefore easy to handle), cheap (9l takes you ~250km), trouble free (just change
oils), reasonable powerful (25hp, 130km/h top speed) and simple pure fun! Plus
it looks nice.
Here’s few pictures of NX250
I liked it so much, that after two summers I changed to Dominator (NX650). It is
slightly more powerful (44hp, therefore more fun ;->) but also more heavier
(170kg). Now the travelling long distance is however possible. 250 was a little
too small bike for that.
