10/1 [Mixman]
I spent some time with the HTML design and
the pages now look 99% same on IE and NS 3.0
(there wasn't much difference before and now
there is none). The pages are optimized
for 1024x768 and 800x600 (lowest res),
but look fine at 1600x1200. :)
Stats and Challenge pages are now shown
in Arial, if your browser supports the font.
And as you can see from the added graphs
there are lots of neat features coming on
League Zone soon!
9/1 [Mixman]
What do you think of the added menu on the left?
Is it an improvement or does it need to be removed?
I also added senders email infront of every post,
so if I write some, it will get separated from
Egoslashers posts.
8/1 [Egoslasher]
The Shadow is back in the League, however the captain is
having email problems and should clear it up in a few days.
Wildcats has been dropped from the League. XCE-Omega is
now FusiON, Strychnine is now Negative (dont ask me, I didnt
pick it). I called up Oliver Stone, he says all these name
changes are a grand plot to totally confuse me in order to
drive me over the edge, then Tryam will come in and rule the
League. Dont know if I buy it tho. Also, NivaG is now a ref,
and Ljc and I will soon be adding more as soon as the new
League starts.
New rules!
I want to set up some times during the week where I will
go on Gjhanni's League chat. Im not sure how to use it,
but Im sure he'll teach me. This will give you the people
in the League to chat with me, since I dont have much time
to talk when Im reffing (Bitch at EgoSlasher night). This
way we can discuss rules, suggestions, comments, criticisms,
and god forbid; compliments. Ill schedule the first one for
this week, Thur at 6pm PST/9pm EST.
There is a huge logjam at Novice rank (lvl 7). You all need
to start doing more cross challenges, rather than higher rank.
You still move up if you win, and if everyone did more cross-
challenges then the higher ranks would fill up, and there would
be more variety throughout the pyramid.
Match results:
Heaven's Army defeated Infinite Death 12 - 6.
Owl was MVP with 5 kills, 1 death.
Heaven's Army is in line for the
next available level 7 slot.
Apocalypse defeated Time Bandits 12 - 5.
Darkhosis was MVP with 5 kills, 0 deaths.
Apocalypse defends their level 6 slot.
FuN defeated Deathwing 7 - 6.
Random. was MVP with 3 kills, 2 deaths.
FuN moves up to Star Gladiator rank (lvl 4).
Paradox defeated Wildcats by default (Wildcats didnt show up).
Paradox is in line for an available
Newbie rank (lvl 8) slot.
ReDS defeated Doomsday 9 - 5.
Algerion was MVP with 3 kills, 0 deaths.
ReDS moves up to Elite rank (lvl 3).
Mysterious defeated WOLF359 12 - 7.
W I S H was MVP with 6 kills, 2 deaths.
Mysterious moves up to Newbie rank (lvl 8),
and WOLF359 drops to lvl 9.
E-5 Mafia defeated Flakvipers by default
(Flakviperz didnt show up).
E-5 moves up to Newbie rank (lvl 8),
and Flakviperz drops to lvl 9.
High Voltage defeated Strychnine/Negative 12 - 9.
MVP was Hikaru Ichijyo with 6 kills, 2 deaths.
High Voltage moves up to Veteran rank (lvl 6).
Strychnine drops to Novice rank (lvl 7).
Im giving the Space Iupui vrs. Warhawks match to Warhawks,
who had a 7 - 4 lead when the server went down.
They had a replay and went 4 - 4, so the
combined score was 11 - 8. Warhawks defends
their Newbie rank (lvl 8) slot.
7/1 [Egoslasher]
There seems to be mass confusion (strangly from a lot of
the vets) as to the challenge rules. Now I can understand
why the legal system has books 3 feet thick to explain one
single law. Everyone wants to interpret things their own
way and find loopholes (for the "good of the league" they
say, really for the good of their own team).

4/1 [Egoslasher]
Ok Im real backlogged on League stuff, so Im only going
to worry about this weekend for now. Several teams have
dropped out, so I will be adding some next week, and will
send a revision of the Captain's list then. Im not going
to follow this with a Standings, since it will be changing
a lot come Mon. Instead I will list teams that are not
currently occupied. If you have sent me roster changes
over the last few weeks, they will be added before match
time. NivaG is now a ref, Ljc and I will be adding more
later (if you have mailed me about it, please dont send
anymore).
Worms and The Shadow have been dropped from the League.
XCE-Omega will now be known as Fusion.
Crisis is the new captain of The Alliance,
Mephistopheles is now the captain of Sons of Satan.
Match results:
Warhawks defeated Space Iupui
after SI all left the in the middle of the match.
The score was 4 - 4 at the time. Warhawks defend
their level 8 slot.
Deathalien Clan defeated Black Knights 11 - 10.
DAC moves to level 7, BK drops to level 8.
Judges of Death defeated Jedi Lords 12 - 9.
Judges of Death are in line for the next
level 8 open slot.
Dukes of Hazzard defeated Players 10 - 1.
Dukes moves to level 8, Players drops to level 9.
28/12 [Egoslasher]
The League has been slow, but the holidays are almost
over and Ill be settled in to my new place Sat night.
Next month Ljc will be starting a new League, and
I will be trying to get rid of the dead weight from
the "Pro" League. IF YOUR TEAM HAS NOT PLAYED A LEAGUE
GAME YET you will have the option to drop down to the
"Amateur" League. Likewise, waiting list teams will
have the option to join the "Pro" League if they wish,
up to 40 slots. Currently, Asian Connection dropped out
of the League, so now 39 spots are filled with 1 opening.
I should be able to work on the Team Stat pages next
month, so look for those.
18/12 [Egoslasher]
Two new teams were added to the League from the waiting
list: 1976 (SVN)
Renegade (Axe Demento)
Welcome to the League!
If you all get new team captains asking about the League,
please tell them to wait about a month before applying.
The waiting list is HUGE, and there are plans to start up
an "Amatuer" division, which would be an entirely new
pyramid. Existing teams will have the option of which
League they can join, however I may turn down some teams
from switching in the best interest of fair play (basically
I want to keep the vets in the "Pro" league). Ljc has been
promoted to League sysop, so he will have authority over
the other refs. He most likely will run the new League.
If you havent noticed, the League zone now powers you up
automatically, so you will always be a minimum of 150 bty.
So, to start the games, when the Host ref decides the teams
are ready, he/she will announce "1 Minute until start".
The bounty will be reset to 150, then the game will start
when the ref announces "Start!!!!!!!!!!!!!!".
The ref votes are in, and here are the results (I will not
give out who voted for who):
Rocket Robinhood - 11 Keeps, 2 Removes, 5 Passes
Goddess - 10 Keeps, 5 Removes, 3 Passes
Ljc - 13 Keeps, 0 Removes, 5 Passes

Sunfire is the only ref removed at this point.

Mixman and Tryam split the MVP. Doomsday
moves up to Star Gladiator rank (lvl 4).

Daemonic and Wedgie split the MVP.
Deathwing moves up to Expert rank (lvl 5).
High Voltage defeated Rebels 11 - 8.
Toasty was MVP with 5 kills, 3 deaths.
High Voltage moves up to Novice rank (lvl 7).
Since I made an error while reffing during the
last few minutes, Rebels had a legitimate gripe
about the match. Rather than have a rematch,
I allowed Rebels to keep their lvl 7 rank.
ONE defeated Black Dragon 12 - 1.
Fury was MVP with 5 kills, 0 deaths. ONE
moves up to Star Lord rank (lvl 2) and is
now the top team in the League.
Apocalypse defeated Soultakers 12 - 6.
Hao was MVP with 6 kills, 0 deaths. Apocalypse
defends their Veteran rank (lvl 6) slot.
Space Iupui and Warhawks played,
but the server died for over 30 minutes. The
match will be continued with present stats
at a later date, with a deadline of 1/5.
